At Tidy Nest, our business is powered by our collective enthusiasm for our outstanding clients and a passion for helping busy people reclaim their sanity.
We pay our employees a living wage, promote work-life balance, and provide an environment that builds our employee’s skills and leadership. This means that you will have someone working in your home that is conscientious, takes ownership and pride in their work, and enjoys the process of cleaning.
High Quality Cleaning
Each person Stephanie hires receives individual, exhaustive training on cleaning products and techniques, as well as training on each client’s unique needs and home.
Our approach is efficient, detail-oriented cleaning with a smile. We climb into showers to scrub them down. Knobs are taken off the stove and washed. Floors are washed on hands and knees with a rag and bucket. You get the idea.
We also offer a satisfaction guarantee to be sure our cleaning meets your standards.
Ethical Business Practices
We are licensed and insured. Prospective candidates most often have significant prior cleaning experience, and go through a rigorous interview and background screening process.
Our team members are employees of Tidy Nest, not independent contractors. We believe that’s not just the right thing to do for our employees and clients, it’s also good business.
Environmental Responsibility
For your health, for our health, and for our environment, we primarily use environmentally friendly cleaning products. However, when a home has not been maintained to Tidy Nest’s high cleaning standards, we may recommend isolated use of conventional cleaning products – at our customer’s discretion- to bring a home up to our standards and then maintain using green products.
Our environmental commitment extends beyond the cleaning products we use; we mix many of our own cleaning products in reusable spray bottles to reduce plastic waste, and wash cleaning rags with environmentally friendly soap. As much as possible, we cluster cleaning jobs close together to reduce fuel consumption.
